What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the final escalation point for technical support issues across infrastructure, networking, and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions and system enhancements.
  • Lead root cause analysis and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
  • Support project delivery, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in IT support, with at least 2 years in a third-line or senior technical role.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Solid understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls).
  • Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based service management.
  • Proven track record of resolving high-impact technical issues.
