In 2019, after years of successful growth and development, Jeanette transitioned the operational responsibilities to her children, who had supported her throughout the journey. This not only safeguarded the staff and their career prospects but also demonstrated a steadfast commitment to securing the future of the business for years to come.

PCL Group truly values its people as its greatest asset. In 2015, it became the first IT company in Aberdeen to achieve the Investors in People Bronze Standard. Just two years later, it earned the Investors in People Gold Standard accreditation, making it the only IT company in Aberdeen to hold this prestigious recognition, and joining a select group of just ten other companies across all sectors in Aberdeen to achieve Gold Status at that time. In 2018, PCL Group continued its commitment to excellence by achieving the Investors in Young People Good Practice Award.
Centrally located
After initially starting out working from home, then moving into office space in Portlethen, a small village on the outskirts of Aberdeen, the company transitioned to larger office space on Regent Quay in Aberdeen city in 2007. By 2021, PCL Group relocated to the prestigious Golden Square in the city. This move reflects the company’s ongoing expansion and its close ties with other associated businesses headquartered in the same location. The range of services offered has grown alongside the cutting-edge technology that PCL Group specializes in, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of state-of-the-art service provision.
